This actor may play Martyr Soleimani

Amid reports of a new biopic on Marytr Soleimani, an Iraqi man with a striking resemblance is likely to play the role of the Iranian national hero.

Amid reports of a new biopic on Martyr Qassem Soleimani, a photo of an Iraqi man bearing a striking resemblance to the Iranian national hero has been unveiled.

The online photo purportedly shows the actor likely to star in a movie themed on Martyr Soleimani- one of top Iran commanders assassinated in Iraq at the hands of the US and its mercenaries.

The film at the helm of famous Iranian director Ebrahim Hatamikia is yet to kick off the production stage. The filmmaker will be traveling to Iraq so as to visit the possible choice for his flick’s male lead.

Muhammad al-Iraqi, 50, is the director’s first option with sticking resemblance to the Iranian national hero and reportedly has a good command of the Persian language.

Lieutenant General Soleimani had played a major role in defending Iran against its enemies and assisting regional countries to fight foreign occupation and terrorism.

Martyr Soleimani is viewed by the world's freedom-seeking people as the key figure in defeating Daesh, the world’s most notorious terrorist group, in the Middle East battles.
